Tumors
We work out and apply a concept of holistic treatment that considers the physical
as well as mental factors that led to the development of the disease.
Holistic treatment before, during and following surgery. Treatment before, during
and following chemotherapy and radiation -- to activate the immune system.
Treatment of side-effects brought on by treatment, such as physical and mental
exhaustion. Psychological counseling to aid in overcoming the disease; finding
meaning and a goal in life.
Acute Illness Department
In our acute illness department we treat those illnesses that demand intensive
and constant medical care and supervision, where the patient cannot receive ambulatory
treatments because of the severity of the illness.
Main indications: allergies, heart, circulatory and lung disorders, skin diseases,
disorders of the motor system, acute and chronic pain, psychosomatic illnesses,
tumors.
Rehabilitation and Follow-Up Treatment
In our department of rehabilitation and follow-up healing procedures, patients
can be treated who, for example, after an acute illness, require further intensive
medical and therapeutic care (follow-up healing treatment) or who strive for
an improvement in the conditions of their organs and of their life. Here, too,
highly qualified and skilled therapists work together with the physicians, psychologists
and counselors. It is important that the patient actively work with them. In
special training sessions (for example, measures for attaining health) as well
as in psychological counseling sessions, they can learn how to better cope with
their illness.
Main indications: respiratory disorders, skin diseases, allergies, exhaustion,
disorders of the motor system, follow-up treatment of tumors.
Individual Nursing Care for Severely Ill Patients
At our nursing station we offer individual and loving care to patients who are severely ill, bedridden or require extra care. The level of nursing services available varies according to need and includes full-time care as well. You receive all the services of special nursing care for the ill and severely ill and know, as do your relatives, that you are secure and in the best of hands. Whether permanently or temporarily, for instance, while your normal nurse is on vacation, whether with or without a companion, we find the appropriate solution for all your needs.
Ambulatory Patients
Ambulatory patients are treated with our holistic medical concept when a stay in our house is not, or is, no longer necessary. Here, too, the diagnostic and treatment services are available seven days a week.
