Physical Exercises Week
from May 8-15

These exercises are an awareness training for body and soul. They relax the nervous system and help activate the self-healing powers. During this week, you learn various exercises of movement and breathing, which build on each other and also help you to remain more mobile, active and healthy at home.

In addition to physical exercises in the morning, during this week you may also participate each day in an exercise course to expand your consciousness.

Course fee for clinic patients: €60
