Clinic Regulations

The House of Health, Naturklinik Michelrieth, is a place of quiet and relaxation. Therefore, consideration of others and a certain degree of order are important for living in the same house and for the success of your stay; for example:

  1. In consideration of fellow patients and guests, we request that no bathrobes or sport clothes be worn outside of the treatment areas.
  2. The use of mobile telephones is not permitted in the clinic.
  3. Animals are not permitted in the clinic building; however, rooms allowing animals are available nearby.
  4. Smoking is forbidden in the whole house, on the balconies and in the garden.

For our new patients:

Please bring the following with you for your stay:

  • All of the medication you are presently taking
  • Current doctor reports, x-rays; dental reports and x-rays if available
  • Your passport
  • Comfortable clothing or a jogging suit for gymnastics and physical exercises
  • Good shoes for hiking and Spessart-walking

General Terms and Conditions of Business (GTC)

We hereby draw your attention to the following conditions for a stay in the HG Naturklinik Michelrieth.

  1. With admission to our house, you accept the following terms of admission and payment as well as the clinic regulations.
  2. Room reservations confirmed by the HG Naturklinik Michelrieth may be cancelled at no charge up until 4 weeks prior to arrival date. With a shorter notice of cancellation, we can avoid a cancellation charge only when your room can be filled, unless cause for cancellation is important, making the keeping of the reservation an unreasonable requirement.
    The cancellation charge is 80% of lodging costs (minus meals included in the room price). This is also valid for early check-outs and for intervals of absence during your stay.
  3. For inpatient treatments in our clinic under expectation of reimbursement by a private insurance, private supplementary insurance or public insurance the following is valid: Despite a written statement of consent, from insurer, the patient remains our contract partner and invoice recipient.
    Reimbursement by the respective insurance company is not guaranteed.
  4. Upon your arrival, a down payment in the amount of estimated charge for the first week of your stay is due.
    All services given during the treatment will be directly charged to the patient or guest at the end of his stay (private liquidation). They are to be settled in cash or by Eurocard before departure. In cases where the period of stay is considerably longer, periodic settlement of accounts is required.
  5. Check-in and check-out days are counted as one, if the room is vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Otherwise the house is authorized to charge for one more night.
  6. Lengthening the time of your stay as well as changes in your booking may take place only by direct arrangements with the reservation desk and may require a room change.
  7. Appointments for individual treatments (inpatient and outpatient) must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for them unless an important reason is given for cancellation.
  8. The clinic assumes no liability for personal valuables.
  9. The use of our parking lots is at your own risk.
  10. Place of payment and settlement is Marktheidenfeld.
  11. Our prices include the legal sales tax.
  12. This price list supercedes all previous price lists. We reserve the right to make necessary changes.
